Help with new PowerTap

Seeing we canot get the SRM to fit the new Trek BB we are trying a
PowerTap 2.4.
trouble is I cant get it to download.
Have installed Power agent latest version and appropriate USB drivers
and Java
Computer recognises the Powertap and will open the preferences window.
When asked to download data however nothing happens Ideas anyone?
Tried downloading direct to WKO+ but cant click on the device to
change from SRM Power control V to Powertap

Obviously missed something obvious and important here

This may not be your problem, but ensure your head unit is pushed all
the way into the craddle. It should say HOST on the screen of the
head unit when it makes contact.

This was a problem I had, but may not be yours. Hope it helps
though...
